Infinity Cycling Club (“the club”) is the responsible party for the personal information you provide as a member. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under POPIA.
Information we collect
- Name and email address
- Mobile number
- Date of birth and city
- Emergency contact details
- Cycling profile: riding group, bike, race license
Your rights under POPIA
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information at any time by contacting admin@infinitycc.co.za.
Data retention
Member data is retained for the duration of your membership and for 5 years after resignation for governance purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
